Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were small but well appointed and very clean, great for coffee in the morning, and super comfortable with a big nice shower and a comfortable bed. However, the rooms are not very pretty. The service was very polite, looked after our cases when we arrived early, and was courteous and very helpful in setting up the appointment for the PCR which was done right there in the hotel room. The location was within walking distance of the city centre, very quiet, perfect for sightseeing and shopping, and pretty central. The dining was wonderful, with many choices of dishes, including English breakfast, but a bit expensive at 12 euros per person. The hotel lacks options for Muslim guests due to the presence of pork in most dishes. As for facilities, they offer various services like room service, car hire, and laundry.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were well equipped with everything needed, including an electric kettle, coffee machine, and ironing facilities. However, the room felt a bit cramped and could use more lighting, especially on cloudy days. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was spacious.
The hotel was outstanding with clean and comfortable rooms, a super friendly staff, and a great location near major attractions. However, the dining options could be more varied. The facilities were top-notch, but the price may not be the most budget-friendly.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to the metro, providing a 5-star feel. The room could have been a bit bigger, but it was kept clean daily. The service was good, with helpful staff, except for the disappointment of being moved to an internal room with no view. The dining experience was basic but clean and satisfying. The facilities were satisfactory, although the noise from ongoing construction outside made it unbearable at times.
The hotel has a contemporary style and provided us with all we needed, but the room felt somewhat enclosed without a view. The service was quick, extremely helpful, and the staff was kind and attentive. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid but somewhat disorganized. The dining experience offered many yummy choices, and the facilities were very good.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were very modern with high ceilings, rainfall shower, comfortable beds, and pillows, the space was quite tight even though it was labeled as a 'junior suite. ' The view into a small courtyard with pipes was not ideal, but the rooms were undeniably modern, very clean, and surprisingly quiet.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable for my family of three, and the cleanliness and room service were excellent. The included breakfast was a real plus, although the inner courtyard location of my room made it a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in. The location was superb, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of delicious options available every day. Overall, a fantastic choice for my trip.
The hotel is ideally located in the city center, surrounded by beautiful buildings and offering a great base to explore Madrid. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, while the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Although the signage could be clearer, the proximity to all amenities makes up for it.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and modern, but unfortunately, there was no view and noise from ongoing renovations near the alley on the 2nd floor disturbed my morning peace at 6 am. I wish there were more amenities like flower arrangements and a better selection of coffee, tea, and snacks. Despite these drawbacks, the rooms were comfortable and modern.
The hotel had really nice rooms with good quality amenities and lovely showers, though a bit cold for my liking. The beds were too firm for my taste, but the overall room decor was gorgeous.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with a great Atic Room featuring a jacuzzi, a big terrace, a very comfortable bed, and a super nice bathroom. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the daily room service. However, the balcony overlooked a very busy thoroughfare, which was a bit noisy at times.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach all the interesting sites in Madrid by foot. The rooms, although small and poorly laid out towards the back of the hotel, offer a comfortable stay despite the complicated set of electronic switches. The service was fantastic, with professional and polite staff who assisted with various requests. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Although the inside courtyard location could be a bit noisy due to heat and water installations, the overall convenience and friendly staff make up for it.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of comfort and some noise disturbances. The location is central and convenient for exploring the city's attractions on foot, but the room facing an alley led to occasional sleep disruptions. The dining experience offered a wide variety of dishes with some inconsistencies noted. Overall, a decent option for travelers looking for a well-located stay with good service.
The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with a small window to the backside of the building. The service is top-notch, although the front desk staff could use a refresh. The location is fantastic, walking distance to key attractions in Madrid. The dining experience is varied and good value for money. Overall, a convenient choice for travelers looking for a central location in Madrid.
The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The rooms, although a bit dim and older on the upper floors, are kept clean with daily polite housekeeping service. The dining options are excellent but lack variety. The service is beyond friendly and helpful, offering various amenities for a comfortable stay.
