I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were very modern with high ceilings, rainfall shower, comfortable beds, and pillows, the space was quite tight even though it was labeled as a 'junior suite. ' The view into a small courtyard with pipes was not ideal, but the rooms were undeniably modern, very clean, and surprisingly quiet.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable for my family of three, and the cleanliness and room service were excellent. The included breakfast was a real plus, although the inner courtyard location of my room made it a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in. The location was superb, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of delicious options available every day. Overall, a fantastic choice for my trip.
